Description and Skills Needed:
Independently coordinates the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design development and contract document phases of a project. Establishes client and internal meetings and participates in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance. Conducts design development and contract document work sessions at project site in conjunction with Project Manager and other disciplines. Is responsible to coordinate workload through design development and construction document phases to complete documents on schedule. Reviews architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines. Writes/edits architectural specifications, and works directly with owner and owners legal staff to establish and document the legal parameters of the construction contract. Coordinates and assists, with affected disciplines, with any addendum, RFIs, CPRs and change orders and is responsible to incorporate agreed upon changes into the project documents. Provides, on
an as needed basis, construction contract administration. Maintains architectural professional registration. Normally requires a bachelors or masters degree in architecture or equivalent experience. MUST HAVE FLORIDA EXPERIENCE !
Job Experience:
BS/BA Degree in Architecture, 8-12 Years Healthcare Experience, Proven Track Record
AIA Registration, Computer Literate in Microsoft Office Products.
